The BC Farm Museum is a non-profit corporation which exists to acquire, conserve, research, restore and exhibit for the general public and students, pioneer tools and equipment which represent the evolution and development of the farm, farm life and agriculture in British Columbia over the past 150 years. To this end the Museum provides curatorial services for the artifacts and collections, presents public educational exhibits and programs and shares historical information.
About BC FARM MUSEUM
The BC Farm Museum was opened in 1966 and over the years has evolved into a total pioneer life collection. The museum association owns and operates over 20,000 square feet of exhibit space for over 5000 artifacts of historic farming machinery and pioneer life. The reference library contains over 5,000 volumes of books, pamphlets, and manuals.
